Shipping policy
SHIPPING:
- FREE Domestic US Shipping on all orders of $125 or more.
- We only ship domestically to US Addresses and all US military addresses and Canada.
- Standard shipping is done through USPS and tracking is provided by email.
SHIPPING PROTECTION:
Everyone wants to receive their orders safe an sound. Unfortunately we can't control what happens to your package once it leaves our warehouse. To protect our customers we offer Route shipping protection to insure your delivery in case there is any issues from transit. Be sure you select the Route shipping insurance at checkout to add it to your order. Once orders are placed it can not be added and we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:
We want you to be super thrilled when receiving your product so packing it safely is our number one! Everything is packaged by our small team of real humans in our warehouse so we ask that you please give us the time needed to properly package up your goods and ship them out. Most orders are ready to go out within 7 business days.
