RETURN POLICY

We want you to have the BEST shopping experience with Midwest Cali. So we’ve gone out of our way to make sure that we’re not only giving you the best quality, trendiest looks, and artfully designed apparel but that our Customer Service is also the best.

 

Return Policy Summary:

  • 10 Days for exchanges ONLY. No refunds or store credit.
  • Flat $7.95 processing and return shipment fee
  • Up to two weeks to process your exchange request
  • SALE or CLEARANCE items are NON-RETURNABLE and may not be exchanged. 
  • MADE TO ORDER AND PREORDER ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND FINAL SALE.

Damaged - Worn - Incomplete Returns:
If something looks like it’s been washed or worn (e.g. missing tags, dirty, torn, makeup/deodorant smudges, pet dander, perfume stains, stretched...), we’re not going to be able to accept it. Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold. Hats may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Damaged Product - Incorrect Orders:

We are human and mistakes sometimes happen, and sometimes our mail isn’t handled as carefully as we’d like.  

If you receive a incorrect order, or item, or something you believe has a defect please contact us immediately. Remember, pictures can help us to understand what happened and how to fix it for you so please include them in your email to us at: support@midwestcali.com

If you receive a order that has been damaged in transit or lost in transit please contact the package carrier for claim or the shipping insurance provider.
